This is a fun, informative weekend to go deep into the world of Self - through the journey of the Chakras.
Chakras are part of the subtle body and govern all elements of health and well-being; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. This weekend is designed to give you practical tools to bring about more vibrance and vitality into your life.
With different exercises along the way, the idea here is to gain a better understanding of the system and how it influences our behaviours and relationships. To better come to know ourselves, so that we can better understand each other.
What seems to come out from these workshops is a certain level of self-healing and compassion. This is an experiential weekend, so while there will be lecture and time for discussion, there is also movement, meditation, breath work and guided writing.
You can expect to walk away from the weekend with a solid understanding of the functions and qualities of each specific chakra as well as the system as a whole. You will learn what certain imbalances are; how they present themselves, where they may have come from, and homework tips to encourage more balance.
