I'm a yoga teacher and teacher trainer. I offer a 200hr YTT program called Yoga School as well as a 40 hr Yin Yoga & Mindfulness training. Both registered with Yoga Alliance.
I believe in being a student first and am currently studying Para Yoga with Rod Stryker.
