It's time to lean into elements of self-care and kindness.  Allow yourself to be supported by the beauty of the natural world and awed by your innate capacity to give and receive care. 

The reach of self-compassion is vast.  The healing we do for ourselves spills out into our relationships and conversations and the way we move throughout the world.

I'm continually thinking about what I want to be contributing to the collective.  And the answer is simple and resounding: love.

Let's spend some time together nourishing a quality of self-compassion and an open heart.

What is this all about?

Six week meditation series beginning July 5th, 2024.
​
We'll be using a mindfulness approach to meditation and weaving in some breath work to simultaneously soothe and amplify the practice.  This is all about using meditation as a practice to come home to and connect to yourself in a more loving way.

The practices will be aimed at learning to sit with what is, opening the heart, and soothing the nervous system.  

Each week you will receive new writing prompts to accompany the themes and practices as an opportunity to continue to work in the days between our sessions.


Ultimately, this is an experiential workshop. There will be a lecture piece but really the wisdom lies in the practice. We will meditate and there will be some insightful exercises along the way. 

You do not need to have any experience with meditation to join this series.  This is open to everyone and all levels.

What's included



​This virtual training is held live online and is recorded and available for replay for 2 months

  • Live 60 min class Fridays at 10:30am EST
  • Classes are held live online and are recorded and available for replay.
  • You will have access to a library of on-demand classes.  These classes will include meditation, rest, and asana practices to accompany our time together.
  • ​Each week you will receive journal prompts and contemplations to go along with that weeks theme.
