​Yearlong Meditation Program

It's time to step into your fullest potential.

Begins March 25th, 2025


If you're curious about meditation or already have a meditation practice and are looking to practice in community, this program is for you.  Meditation provides clarity and can help us tap into the joy that lives within.  
Meditation is a companion for living a full life; a life filled with purpose, ease and grace.
It's the ultimate tool to give us the space to intentionally respond to the world around us rather than habitually react.

Step into your season of Joy.​

​I was reviewing my notes from a recent course and the message that came up was this - the potential reach of a meditation practice is - 'more joy, less fear, and an increased capacity of achieving what you want.'

What is this all about?

This a yearlong program committing to a weekly (maybe for you it will be daily) meditation practice.

​We'll be using a mix of guided tantric meditations as well as mindfulness based exercises.   We'll weave in some breath work to accompany and amplify the practice.  This is all about using meditation as a practice to come home to and connect to yourself in a deeper way. 

As we go we'll explore new tools and techniques to aid in your meditation practice. 

There will be writing prompts offered as an opportunity to go inward and gain access to your creative and intuitive self. 

Ultimately, this is an experiential workshop. There will be mini lecture pieces, but really the wisdom lies in the practice. We will meditate and there will be some insightful exercises along the way. 

You do not need to have any experience with meditation to join this program.  This is open to everyone and all levels.

Why a full year?

Because the thing is - whatever you do regularly, strengthens.  This is an opportunity to bring more awareness into your life, and catalyze some change.  

Gain some insight into why you do some of the things you do and re-pattern some deep habits.

 True lasting change takes time.  This will be a commitment.  But we'll be in it together.  We'll encourage and support one another along the way.


The one note that I'd like to make here is this; while we will be using meditation as a tool, our time together isn't necessarily about prioritizing meditation for the sake of meditation.  It's about prioritizing your wellness, health and healing.  It's about expanding your worldview and cultivating greater patience and understanding in your relationships.

Aren't you curious what might be possible if you were to really go for it?  What might evolve for us individually and collectively when we really commit ourselves.  
 
Because the thing is, not only do we heal and grow in community,
but as we evolve we inspire others to do the same.

What's included


 This virtual program is held live online and is recorded and available for replay throughout the year.

  • Two weekly sittings:  Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm and Thursdays 10:30am-11:30am.  Come to one or both.  **times in EST
  • Classes are held live online and are recorded and available for replay.
  • You will have access to a rotating library of on-demand classes.  These classes will include meditation, rest, and movement practices to accompany our time together.
  • ​Each week you will receive journal prompts and contemplations to go along with that weeks theme.
  • ​Throughout the program there will be short integration periods where we will take a week or two off.
  • Every so often there will be q&a and community time scheduled after the session as a way to connect.​
  • Program runs from March 25th, 2025 - March 5th, 2026

$1,100 CAD + hst (when applicable)
