Learning FormatThis IN PERSON training is held at Mosaic Yoga Toronto and will run from August 18th - 22nd, 2025 - 9:30am-5:30pm

PRACTICE & TEACHINGYou will learn how to safely and intelligently incorporate yin postures and theory into your current classes and home practice, as well as how to sequence a class for yourself and others.

DAILY LIVINGThe foundation of the course is really about bringing the yin energy into our daily lives. Can we allow this wisdom to seep into our interactions and relationships with others and self. The yin energy is a place of 'being' rather than 'doing'. It's an opening to what is. We practice surrender and acceptance. We open to compassion and connectivity.
