Allow yourself to be supported by the beauty of the natural world and awed by your innate capacity to give and receive care. The reach of self-compassion is vast. The healing we do for ourselves spills out into our relationships and conversations and the way we move throughout the world. I'm continually thinking about what I want to be contributing to the collective. And the answer is simple and resounding: love.
