Mentorship Program

Take time for you

This mentorship program is a great opportunity to hone in on and refine your skills.  We’ll work together to keep you on track and motivated in your teaching and in your practice.  This is a beautiful way to continue your studies in a practical way.

 Who is this training for? 

The Teachers


For teachers, this is a specifically curated experience for you to take your teaching from good to great and really hone in on what it is that is fueling you.  Yoga teacher burnout is a real thing, this program is geared to help keep you inspired so you can do the same for your students.  Coming out of your teacher training and even into the first few years of teaching is an exciting and sometimes stressful time.  This program is designed to keep you on track.  Not just in your personal studies, but to keep you motivated to get out there and share what you've learned.  You have a unique voice based on your unique talents and personality.  Let's work together to bring that out and infuse it into your teaching.  WE need you.

The Students


For students, this is for you if you are really into the practice and feel like your 75 minute classes just aren't getting deep enough into the heart of yoga.  You're interested in the 'behind the scenes' pieces that just don't get touched on during the physical, asana portion of your practice.  Maybe you've flirted with the idea of a 200 hr teacher training program but just aren't ready to take the plunge, this is for you.

How does it work?

Tailored Sessions



​We will meet in person or over skype for 90 minute sessions. The material we cover will be tailored specifically to you. We will have a brief phone or skype meeting first to see what it is that you are looking to get out of the program and from there allow our sessions to evolve towards whatever it is you are desiring most.

Flexible Session Focus

Topics can include, but are not limited to;
  • anatomy
  •  intentional sequencing & theming
  • workshop planning 
  • the art of teaching
  • the subtle body 
  • meditation 
  • Pilates & functional movement

1:1 or Small Group



​I will only be taking on 6 people at a time to ensure everyone gets as much as possible out of this. You can take this on as an individual, or if there is a small group (up to 4) of you that is interested in the same thing you can make up a group.

FAQ

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes.  I find that in order to get the most out of this, we work with a minimum commitment of three sessions.

How often will we meet?

This is really up to you.  And I find that in order to really take the time to integrate what you have learned each session and get into some of your homework, it's best to leave a couple weeks between sessions.  Typically we will get into a monthly or bi-weekly rhythm.

Is there a time commitment between sessions?

I love homework!  After each session there will be about an hour or two of work / practice for you to do on your own.

What is the investment?
