I spent six years working out of a physiotherapy clinic as their yoga therapist and have worked with a wide range of acute and chronic body patterns and discomforts. We can also design a program to help you sit with grief and find center after a stressful time. Also! Fun, these sessions can be just for you and just for the joy of it! I would love to work with you in this way.

Sessions are 60 mins in length and are held live online through zoom. Typically we’ll find a 1x/week rhythm, but I am available for more during times when more is needed.
