Private Yoga

Private and group sessions are designed to be as unique as you are. 

I have a wide background in movement and rest modalities, including Pilates, yoga, meditation and yoga nidra.  So we are able to tailor each session to meet where you’re at and what your goals are.

Whether you are looking to gain mobility after an injury or heal chronic back pain, I’m here for you. I spent six years working out of a physiotherapy clinic as their yoga therapist and have worked with a wide range of acute and chronic body patterns and discomforts. We can also design a program to help you sit with grief and find center after a stressful time.  Also!  Fun, these sessions can be just for you and just for the joy of it!  I would love to work with you in this way.
The finer details:
Sessions are 60 mins in length and are held live online through zoom. Typically we’ll find a 1x/week rhythm, but I am available for more during times when more is needed.

Bring movement into the workplace.


What we know is that rest and self-care equals increased productivity and contentment. Book a 30-60 min session for your employees based on what it is that will best restore them to a place of balance.  This could be a 30 min meditation session to calm and center the mind.  Or a 60 min yoga or Pilates session to get things moving and ideas flowing.

FAQ

Do you work with children?

I love the littles, but it's not my specialty.  I work with people aged 12 and up.

Can sessions be doubles or small groups?

Absolutely.  It helps if you have a common goal in mind.
