The format of the program is designed so that you can absorb the information slowly and integrate the lessons into your life.
We meet once a week in a 4 week on, 1 week off schedule for four months. I love this format as it really allows the information to slowly filter into your teaching, your practice, and your everyday living.
Classes will run Wednesdays 5:30-8pm EST
Classes are held live online and recorded. If you're not able to make the live session, you can work off of the recordings.
**As this is an interactive program built in community, if you think you will miss more than 6 of the live sessions during the program it would be best to wait until the next round comes along.
