Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Dates


The format of the program is designed so that you can absorb the information slowly and integrate the lessons into your life.

We meet once a week in a 4 week on, 1 week off schedule, with the addition of a few Sundays throughout the duration of the program.  I love this format as it really allows the information to slowly filter into your teaching and your everyday living.

Classes will run Wednesdays 5:30-8:30pm EST

With the addition of five Sunday sessions throughout the year.

Classes are held live online and recorded.  If you're not able to make the live session, you can work off of the recordings.

**As this is an interactive program built in community, if you think you will miss more than 6 of the live sessions during the program it would be best to wait until the next round comes along.
