Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Dates

The format of the program is designed so that you can absorb the information slowly and integrate the lessons into your life.

We meet once a week in a 4 week on, 1 week off schedule, with the addition of a few Sundays throughout the duration of the program.  And trust me, by the time the end of the program comes along, you'll wish we could keep going.

There are two options for class:
Wednesdays 5:30-8:30pm EST
or
Thursday 10am-1pm EST

You will commit to one of the weekly time slots.  And then we will all come together for the Sunday sessions.

Classes are held live online and recorded.  If you're not able to make the live session, you can work off of the recordings.

**As this is an interactive program built in community, if you think you will miss more than 6 of the live sessions during the program it would be best to wait until the next round comes along.
