These are not so much the specific exercises themselves, as a discussion around how to approach the exercises and why we do them. These principles will inform the way you move and teach in any style of class.
How to add props to the practice. This will look like props that may appear in the studio, as well as how to bring in home accessories as props.
Key Pilates exercises. How to add variety, what to look out for and how to adjust the exercise to meet the students who are in front of you.
Key Core Muscles
We refer to this area as the 'Pilates box'. We'll talk about the key core muscles, their primary movement function as well as the role they play in proper posture.
This virtual training is held live online and is recorded and available for replay for four months. Virtual sessions are comprised of the following elements:
Live online attendance is encouraged. However, for those who are unable to attend the live sessions there are protocols put in place to ensure you are understanding the content covered.

* 6 hours of pre-recorded content
* 1 month access to my online Pilates studio which includes 1 weekly live class as well as a library of on-demand Pilates and movement classes.

Sliding scale $500-$600 CAD +hst.
