System Reset

6 week online program​
Begins January 24th

This is a six week series all about nourishing your nervous system.  We'll meet once a week, online, and go over various practices that are geared around rest and relaxation.  Each week there will be a mini lesson on the nervous system and an opportunity to spend some time reflecting on our patterned triggers and relaxers.

The hope is that you come out of our time together feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready for the year ahead.  
​You will also have some tools available going forward to stimulate your relaxation response during times of stress.

One of the most interesting things that I've learned over the years is that we have the ability to intentionally shift our state of being.  
This program is about learning the tools to bring us into deeper states of rest, relaxation and calm.
We don't have to be at the whim of our surroundings.

What is this all about?

This program is for anyone looking to add intentional rest and relaxation into their life.

It's all about the nervous system.  The state of our nervous system not only governs how we feel in any given moment, it influences the ways in which we receive and perceive the world around us.  And one of the coolest things is - we have the potential to intentionally shift and interact with our nervous system to help us feel calm, centred and connected.

Let's reset the system!

Over the course of our six weeks together you will learn about the nervous system; the different parts of the system, how it can be triggered, how it can be soothed and what this all means in relation to your health and well-being.

Each week we will visit different yogic practices that are geared around deep regenerative rest and healing.

These practices will include:
  • Yin yoga
  • Restorative yoga
  • Yoga Nidra
  • Breathing exercises
  • Reflective journalling

​This virtual training is held live online and is recorded and available for replay for 2 months

  • We'll meet for six Tuesdays, 7:30-9pm EST from January 24th - February 28th
  • There will be one Sunday session on February 12th from 10am-1pm EST.
  • You will have access to a library of on-demand classes all geared around rest and relaxation
