This is a five week series all about nourishing your nervous system. We'll meet once a week, online, and go over various practices that are geared around rest and relaxation. Each week there will be a mini lesson on the nervous system and an opportunity to spend some time reflecting on our patterned triggers and relaxers. The hope is that you come out of our time together feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready for what's to come. You will also have some tools available going forward to stimulate your relaxation response during times of stress.
